Collected from Ratnagiri, Maharashtra, home to the Alphonso mango also known as the King of Indian mangoes. Alphonso mango is a seasonal fruit, considered to be among the most superior varieties of the fruit in terms of sweetness, richness and flavour. They have a rich, creamy, tender texture and are low in fiber content with a delicate, creamy pulp. These characteristics make Alphonso one of the most in-demand cultivars. The skin of a fully ripe Alphonso mango turns bright golden yellow with a tinge of red which spreads across the top of the fruit. The flesh of the fruit is golden saffron colour.

Totapuri mango which is well grown and procured from Andhra Pradesh. This mango is large in size and oblong shaped with pointed base and golden yellow color. This mango is used for processing and is also widely used for preparing of mango shakes.

We collect badami mangoes from karnataka. The season of Badami is from April to June. Badami mangoes are sweet in taste and can be consumed raw as well as can also be used for making mango shakes. This mango retains its freshness till longer duration and also tastes best when cooled.

Neelam is grown in almost all parts of India. However, the best variety of Neelam comes from the state of Andhra Pradesh. Though Neelam arrives quite early in the season, the best variety of this mango is available only from mid-June. Neelam Mangoes are known for their beautiful shape, taste and divine floral aroma. The Neelam is a popular choice and is renowned for its availability. This mango is large in size and oblong shaped with pointed base and golden yellow color. One medium sized mango comprises of Calories, Protein, Carbohydrate, Fat, Fiber, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Magnesium, Potassium, Calcium and Cholesterol.

Himapasand is grown in Andrapradesh and Telangana states in India. It is touted to have a taste that can challenge the Alphonso. The fruit weigh 16 oz or more and are a beautiful smooth oval at maturity. The skin is a dark green, with distinct white highlights over the entire surface. Upon ripening the fruit can attain a deep yellow blush the shoulders and mid-section.

This variant of mangoes originally from Varanasi is lemon yellow in colour, and you can get this variety all year long in most parts of north India. Kalapad mangoes keeps it's greenish tinge during the ripening process. It gives out a sweet ripening smell when ripe and is full of juice and pulp. The best time for this Mango is during the last two weeks of July.
